Our hotel was in a great location and close to all the main attractions. The room was small but cozy with comfortable bedding, while the bathroom was modern and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring a good customer service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was colourful and varied, but with limited choices for longer-term guests. The fantastic swimming pool offered great views of the city skyline.
The minibar only offered soft drinks and snacks with no alcohol, contrary to what we were led to believe.

I was impressed by the spacious and comfortable room. The location was perfect - close to the MRT and City Mall. The pool was great, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I had a great stay at One Farrer. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel! The location was unbeatable, right next to an MRT station, making transportation super convenient. We also found the staff to be lovely and very helpful. In terms of cleanliness, this hotel did not disappoint. We were very impressed with the facilities, particularly the gym and pool. the breakfast was great, and there were plenty of options both in the restaurant and the buffet.
Cannot find any fault.

Convenient location just above an MRT station, with easy access to food options nearby. The bay window in the room was a nice feature, even though there was no view, it was a great setup. I also enjoyed having a separate sofa bed area with its own TV, perfect for some privacy.
Some design elements in the room were not accommodating for shorter individuals, such as the peephole being too high for those below 160cm. It would have been better if more thought was put into making the room accessible for people of all heights.

Conveniently located near public transportation and a mall. Contemporary designed rooms feature luxury automation. Friendly and professional staff accommodated early check-in and provided amenities upon request. Breakfast is cheap but has limited selection. Free minibar is a pleasant surprise.
